Prepare a CPWD estimate against your own schedule of rates

The CPWD and Delhi Schedule of Rates structure ships as a section template, and a published schedule imports as a rate library like any other.

Implementation status
CPWD / DSR ships as a section template in BillMate 1.0. A new project can start from the CPWD / DSR template, and the template also tells the AI assistant how to word and measure items. BillMate helps you produce a bill structured for CPWD / DSR; it does not certify compliance, and the surveyor remains responsible for the measurement.

What CPWD and the DSR are

Central Public Works Department specifications, priced against the Delhi Schedule of Rates or a state equivalent, are the basis of most Indian public-works estimating. The structure is specification-led: an item corresponds to a specification clause, and the rate comes from the published schedule, adjusted by a cost index or by your own rate analysis where the schedule does not reach.

How BillMate handles it

What it does not do. BillMate ships no schedule data. We do not distribute the DSR or any state schedule — you import the copy you are entitled to use. There is also no compliance checking against CPWD specifications.

The India market page works this through end to end: brickwork taken off in cubic metres, a bill priced at schedule rates, a rate analysis in mason-beldar-bhisti form for the item the schedule does not carry, and the single percentage that is the whole of a contractor's bid.
